One client. One day. One original tattoo.
I dedicate each session entirely to you. My illustrative style brings animals, botanicals, pets and human-animal stories to life on skin.
Taking a break until spring 2027. I'm not booking new appointments right now. Join the waiting list and I'll reach out personally when I'm back.

Tell me your idea, the placement and the size. A story or a feeling is enough.
Sit down together
We sketch, adjust and refine in Photoshop, in real time, until the design feels right to both of us.
Take your time
I see one client a day, so there's space to think and experiment without pressure.

Usually 2–4 hours for a standard piece, with lifetime touch-ups.

Good to know
Do you design custom tattoos?
Yes. Every tattoo is designed custom, in person, on the day of your appointment. You arrive with an idea, a story, or even just a feeling, and together we develop original sketches until we find the one that feels inevitable.
How long does a session take?
Because every piece is custom designed, timing varies. The design may take 20 minutes to 3 hours, and the tattooing itself typically takes 2–4 hours for a standard piece. You're my only client that day — there's no rush, only focus.
Do you offer touch-ups?
Yes. I offer lifetime touch-ups on my work. If your tattoo needs refreshing over time, you're welcome to come back.
Do you do cover-ups?
No. My style isn't suited to covering existing tattoos. For cover-ups I recommend an artist who specializes in blackwork or heavy saturation.
Can I book a flash design as it is?
Yes — the flash designs in the portfolio are available to book as they are.
How should I prepare?
Sleep well the night before, eat a full meal, wear comfortable clothing and stay hydrated.
Does it hurt?
It depends on placement and your own tolerance. Most clients describe my technique as precise and gentle, and because we move thoughtfully and without time pressure, the experience tends to feel grounded rather than overwhelming.
Can I bring someone?
In New York, a guest may join for the design part of the session.
Aftercare?
Keep the tattoo clean, out of direct sun, and avoid soaking it in water for at least two weeks. Use a little moisturizer only if the skin feels dry, and always touch it with clean hands. You'll get detailed instructions at the studio.
Are your materials vegan?
Yes. I use vegan, cruelty-free inks and choose ethical materials whenever possible.

“We discussed the tattoo at length, my reasons behind it, my background and what inspired me to come in. She constantly checked in on my comfort, and her genuine excitement about the tattoo made me all the more excited.”Tom, New York
“We spent pretty much an afternoon collaborating and creating a beautiful tattoo of my old childhood dog, Diamond girl. She was so patient and supportive along the whole process. Wherever you are in the world, go by Brooklyn and share an amazing experience with Shani!”Tzipi, Tel Aviv
“I love my tattoo so much, and I get complimented on it all the time. Beyond her artistic skill, Shani is friendly, patient, positive, professional, and everything you would want in an artist adding ink to your skin.”Nicolas, New York
